Any changes request need to be sent email to email@example.com by 7.30am on the day of delivery. Any changes allowed is at the discretion of AMGD management.

In case of any disruption in service, we will be reimbursing one meal credit at the discretion of the management. All decisions are final.
AMGD HK is Halal certified by The Incorporated Trustees of the Islamic Community Fund of Hong Kong.
No. All unused credits will expire according to the expiry date and no refunds is allowed. This is a very strict company policy and goes through a formal audit process. All customers are expected to read the terms and conditions of a pass before making a purchase including our delivery date and timings as well as expiry dates.
We will inform customers through the topline on our website should our suppliers send ingredients that we deem not suitable for cunsumption (eg. unripe fruits). We will then replace with other suitable ingredients.
Yes. You can. Buy the same pass as your previous purchase and we will raise your case to our audit department to request a reactivation of your account with its unused credits.
We have recently introduced a chat bot that is live from 7.00am to 7.30pm. You can find the icon on the bottom right of the page.
Customers are encouraged to find us via our chat bot as a main form of communication channel instead of FB and IG inbox. Emails are possible but for quick response our chat bot is ever ready to answer your queries.
